The vehicles coming off Faylin onto Applegate Dr at dangerous speeds pose a safety issue for the people and their property. In the last 5 years we've had 3 major accidents in our yards, 10 mailboxes between 4 houses taking out, 1 power transformer ripped off causing power outage and replacement, several damaged trees, and significant damage to yards. Would like to formally request speed management on both Faylin and Applegate as well as reflective signage and potential retaining structure.

Parked in fire lane

A vehicle has been parked in a manner that partially blocks the entrance and exit of the apartment complex, creating a safety hazard. The obstruction significantly limits visibility of oncoming traffic and makes it difficult for residents to safely enter and exit the property. The vehicle has remained in this position since yesterday and continues to be parked there today. It is located on W 31st Street near The Marks Apartments.
